Yesterday’s increase in medication has been very hard on Philip. He has had a bad headache, nausea and vomiting. As an individual person I know it is all about the medication. As a mother I feel just awful that he is suffering so much. He is able to take medication to help the symptoms, but the fact is the symptoms still remain to one degree or the other. My friend Lorrie reminded me that it is just the medication, and she is right. Her perspective is broader and wider then mine. Right now I just want to make it better. I want to stop the suffering. He has been through so much and will go through much more. My hands are tied. I wish I knew what to do, so I pray and wait for things to get better.
